Welcome to presentOS. By using this application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using presentOS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

presentOS is a support system for modern makers, providing tools for flow, focus, learning, and community. The Service includes content, AI features, and community interaction.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content provided through presentOS (articles, tools, AI responses, design elements) is owned by PRESENT or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Content you create (such as flow session data or saved items) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the Service.

6. AI Features

presentOS includes AI-powered features (Sensei). AI responses are generated and may not always be accurate. They do not constitute professional advice. Use your own judgment when acting on AI-generated content.

7. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
